HSS circular saw blades

To be used on cross-cutting machines and sawing machines, manual and automatic.
  • HSS-DMo5 (M2): HSS steel composed by wolfram and molybdenum
  • HSS-DMo5 + Co 5% (M35, Co 5%): HSS steel composed by wolfram, molybdenum and cobalt
Neutral or vapo

Availability of heating coatings according to the type of material to be cut:
  • TiN (Titanium nitride): Ideal to cut lightly-alloyed steel.
  • TiCN (Titanium carbide): Ideal to cut medium-alloyed steel, stainless steel, aluminium.
  • AlTiN or TiAlN (Titanium - aluminium nitride): Ideal to cut strongly-alloyed steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
  • CrN (Chrome nitride): Ideal to cut non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, bronze, aluminium and their alloys.
Many other coatings available.

The following table shows standard measures of diameter, thickness, hole and flange. Teeth's values are approximate, as it is possible to order different toothing.

Pin-holes for all types of cutting machines.

Tooth shape
  • BW: used for the cutting of tubes and section bars
  • B: used for the cutting of tubes and section bars with very thin thickness
  • BR: the best shape to cut tubes on automatic machines
  • A: tooth used for small pitches (T < 3mm) or for cutting of brass alloys, jewelery or screw slotting
  • AW: it adds to the A shape a chamfer that allows a better crushing of the chip (used in precision mechanics)
  • C=HZ: used for the cutting of solid section bars or very thick tubes
  • VP: variable pitch, used for the cutting of very irregular sections that cause strong vibrations and cutting noise
