HM circular saw blades for the cutting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys
- Aluminium and its alloys
- Copper and its alloys (brass, bronze, etc.)
- Lead
- Magnesium
- Tin
- Titanium
Body blade steel
Steel used for the construction of the body blades is hot or cold rolled.
There are two main categories:
- 80CrV2: for medium / high applications with high stress
- 75Cr1: for standard applications
Hard metal tips
The choice of high quality carbide, to be used for cutting different materials, is directed towards various types of micro / fine / medium grain inserts, to ensure greater durability of the circular saw blade, greater resistance to shocks and minimum wear of the tooth.
The choice of the right number of teeth changes according to the type of automatic cutting.
It depends on several factors, such as type and state of the material and its thickness.

The mainly used cutting geometry is the trapezoidal-flat, in groups of four or five teeth, with a nail or chip breaker groove.
Positive or negative cutting angles are designed to provide optimal penetration into the material to be cut, with smaller radial and tangential angles, designed to reduce the wear of the tool.
