HM circular saw blades for aluminum and its alloys, copper, brass, bronze, lead, magnesium, titanium cutting
Different types of products, specific for the cutting of:
- tubes and profiles with thin section
- tubes and profiles with medium section
- high section profiles
- solid bars, rods, sheets, plates with high sections of material
Body blades steel
Steel used for the construction of the body blades is hot or cold rolled.
There are two main categories:
- 80CrV2: for medium / high applications with high stress
- 75Cr1: for standard applications
According to needs, the silencing slots with sound-absorbing material will be applied.
Teeth
The choice of high quality carbide, to be used for cutting different materials, is directed towards various types of quality of micro / fine / medium grain inserts, to ensure greater durability of the circular blade, greater resistance to shocks and limited wear of the tooth.
The mainly used cutting geometry is the trapezoidal-flat, in groups of four or five teeth, with nail or chip breaker groove.
Positive or negative cutting angles are designed to ensure optimal penetration into the material to be cut, with smaller radial and tangential angles, designed to reduce the wear of the tool.
Specifications for cutting with automatic machines:
- Speed of use 40-90 m / s *
- Best cutting finishing
- Feed per tooth from 0,10 to 0,15 * mm in the cutting of solid sections
- High performance
- High feed cutting process according to the section and quality of the material to be cut
We produce all sizes, number of teeth and thickness
Diameter: from 30 mm up to 2200 mm
Thickness: from 1 mm up to 15 mm
